About the Site
This website will primarily be devoted to my new found mission in life which is to help people connect more deeply with God and other people by helping them learn to align their lives with the teaching of the Word of God. It is my belief that people must get rid of their baggage from sin and replace it with the truth that is taught in The Bible in order have sustaining spiritual growth and live fruitful lives.
The name “Be the Fruit” is a spinoff from a sermon given by William Guice where he challenged the congregation to “Be the Church” whereever they might be. He challenged us to not only be fruitful, but to “Be the Fruit.” As I think about it, I am not sure whether he said “be the fruit” during the sermon, or if we added that later on in the day. Using this concept, my mission is to help people “Be the Fruit” more effectively by helping them put off sinfulness and learn to live out the Word of God and impact the world around them.
